Significant Capital Expansion Programs Since 1990

1990-1992 – addition built at Pressform Division, forging press installed

1993 – added the small Wagner ring mill at Forging Specialties Division

1994 – doubled the size of the Allsteel Building

1996 – addition to the Main Office Building

1997 – added the large “Mighty Mill” Wagner ring mill at Pressform Division

1998 – added the Allsteel Office Building

2004 – purchased new 22,000 lb. manipulator, a lift truck, forge furnace and updated all press controls

2005 – new gantry crane, new delivery truck, and CNC horizontal and VTL machines

• Since 1990, SII has spent nearly $16.0M in total for new land, buildings and equipment.
• The current 2006 capital program will amount to nearly $13.0M!
• Plans are already being developed for the next phase of expansion at SII.
