MIOSHA Presents Steel Industries With SHARP Award

The
Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA)
presented Steel Industries, Inc.’s Forging Specialties Division
with the SHARP Award for an exemplary safety and health management
system. The event was held Friday, January 20, 2006, 11:00 a.m.,
at 12600 Beech Daly Rd., Redford Township.
Acceptance
into the Michigan Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program
(SHARP) is confirmation that a company has achieved safety and
health excellence far beyond their peers. This will be the fourth
SHARP Award presented in Michigan. The MIOSHA program is part
of the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth (DLEG).
