Unit is of a proven design, 2000 Ton capability - a 5” stroke with 12 segment expansion head.  ID capability of 32” to 136” ID x 30” high.
Capable of stretching rings with an 80 square inch cross section

  • Aluminum Processing Equipment

Aluminum Drop Bottom Furnace – Manufactured by Kleenair Products Co.
174” x 174” x 48” high working zone, 8,000 lb. load capacity, with rapid quench capability via drop bottom quench into a 32,000 gallon water tank. 
Aluminum Age Heat Treat Oven – Manufactured by Kleenair Products Co.
Same size as above, with designed operating temperature of 170-600F.  Conforms to all requirements of AMS 2750, AMS 2770 and AMS 2772.

  • Rough Turned Round Bar in Stock

15CR-5NI VAR and 17CR-4NI stainless steel.  This material is available in full-length bars or cut pieces that can be quoted as solid, drilled, and heat-treated.
